Returns
- You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it.
- In its original packaging.
- Certain items like cosmetics, health care products, and spices are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days, using your original payment method.
- If you paid via Mobile Money, refunds will be issued to the same number used for payment.
Exchange Policy
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- To request an exchange, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
